This service is not charged, only the return shipping costs remain at your expense.

Bijoux Privés, free return within 30 days: Bijoux Privés offers you the possibility to return your precious jewels (only for those made in gold) in a period of 30 days.

Non-precious jewelery, free return within 15 days: Bijoux Privés allows you to return your non-precious jewelry within a 15-day period. 

To do this, please contact one of our advisors by email to let us know the reasons for the return and to propose you an optimal solution.

The return conditions are:

-The jewel must be in new condition, not worn and without micro stripe.
- The jewelery must be with its original case as well as its certificate or invoice.
- Your previous order should not be subject to a definitive return.
- The period of 15 or 30 days must be respected from the date of your order. (The postmark of the Post Office)
