The resizing is offered at Bijoux Privés!

For each precious jewelery order (alliance, solitaire, ring), one of our advisors directly contacts you to know if the model chosen corresponds to your request and your expectations.
During this exchange, we confirm with you the size of your jewelery or your finger for a ring, the choice of manufacture, the type of stone, the type of material (white gold or yellow) and the time of shipment in order to receive it in time for your event. You do not know your finger size? Do not panic ! Bijoux Privés has an online page specially dedicated for the sized guide for ring. In case of error, our jewels can be resized within 30 days.

The resizing conditions are :

Our size can be done on 1 or 2 sizes, more or less.
The jewel is in new condition and in its original packaging, without micro scratches, impacts and proof of a regular wearing.The jewel has not been subjected to a previous resizing.

The deadline of 30 days has been respected, the stamp of the Post Office for proof. Regarding the jewelry ordered in the DOM TOM or outside the European Union, the resizing is possible but can generate an additional cost of shipping or customs fees.
