They apply without restriction or reservations to all deliverable orders in metropolitan France, in the French overseas departments and abroad, via the system of distance selling from the website www.bijouxprives.com ( Hereinafter the "Site") or www.ai-shiteru.fr (Ai SHiTERU is a registered trademark of BIJOUXPRIVES SARL)

Consequently, any person ordering a product offered for sale on the Site or through Customer Service entails full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Purchaser acknowledges having read prior to his order. To this end, the Contract is available on the Site in "print" version.

The Buyer, prior to his order, declares to have full legal capacity within the meaning of the provisions of articles 1123 et seq. Of the Civil Code, enabling him to undertake under this Contract.
