Satisfaction or Refund
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your acquisition, within 7 days from the delivery you can ask us to exchange your product or ask for a refund (we will credit or charge you the price difference). Expedition costs are not refunded.
At your satisfaction BIJOUXPRIVES will exchange your product with another one or refund it according to the respect of our selling terms and agreements

BIJOUXPRIVES is happy to offer the shipping costs to the customers shipped in France main land and in various European countries (Andorre, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland)
For deliveries sent to any other EU country (European Union), we charge the transportation costs of our international careers. The transportation costs are indicated when you process the order. Our shipments are insured and secured.
Our jewels and watches are generally sent within 48 hours if they are available on stock and after payment reception.
